Can I switch plans later?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. When upgrading, you will receive prorated access immediately.
Is there a free trial?
Yes, all plans come with a 30-day free trial. You can explore all the features of your chosen plan before committing.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and ACH bank transfers for annual plans. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
What are the fees for dues collection?
HOA-OS charges a 1% platform fee on card payments or $1 flat for ACH transfers. Standard Stripe processing applies (2.9% + 30¢ for cards, 0.8% capped at $5 for ACH). By default these are added at checkout as a single "Platform fee" paid by the resident, so your association receives 100% of what it bills — boards can choose to absorb fees instead. There are no setup fees, no monthly minimums, and no hidden charges.
Can multiple board members access the account?
Absolutely. All plans support unlimited board member accounts. You can assign different roles and permissions to each member based on their responsibilities.
How does the AI assistant work?
The AI assistant (Premium plan) powers a 24/7 resident assistant trained on your community documents, an inline finance assistant for budget and reconciliation questions, proactive financial insights and anomaly detection, and intelligent recommendations for lien escalation and dispute resolution.
Do you offer discounts for annual billing?
